A short glance at the city. Modern, historic, gray, we see it from above. But, there is a big underground culture that is living on the sidewalk of this concrete jungle. Skaters. They have no religion, no country, no boundaries. These Israeli concrete kids refuse to commit and take responsibility (they don’t serve their mandatory military term), they live together in spite of their backgrounds and they have their own language and religion: Skating. Our hero is Mohammed Kahil, an Arab Israeli skater champion. His story is a modern Romeo & Juliet tale, a love story between him & Alina Fine, an Israeli Jew, as they struggle to love and live in times of war, parental disapproval and day-to-day hardships.
